Subscribe & Save: Cancellation & Subscription Policy
At Alpenglow Beauty, our Subscribe & Save program offers you convenience and exclusive savings on your favorite skincare products. Here is an overview of how the program works.
1. How It Works
Subscription Plans
Choose from flexible delivery intervals:

Every 30 days — 20% savings

Every 60 days — 10% savings

Every 90 days — 10% savings
Your selected products will be delivered automatically at your chosen frequency.
Subscription Discounts
All Subscribe & Save orders include automatic savings based on your delivery schedule.
These discounts are exclusive to subscription customers and cannot be combined with coupons or other promotions.
Automatic Billing
Your payment method will be charged according to your subscription schedule.
You will receive an email reminder before each billing cycle so you can review or update your order.
2. Managing Your Subscription
Account Management
Log into your Alpenglow Beauty account to access your subscription dashboard. There you can:

View upcoming deliveries

Add or remove products

Change your delivery schedule

Update payment information

Skip a shipment
-
Pause or resume your subscription
Modifications
Please make any changes at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment to ensure they are processed in time.
3. Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your first recurring order.
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your billing date.
If a shipment has already been processed, it will be sent as scheduled. The cancellation will apply to future deliveries.
Reactivating Your Subscription
You can restart your subscription at any time by logging into your account and reactivating a previous subscription or creating a new one.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping
All Subscribe & Save orders qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery Times
Once processed, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Missed Deliveries
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or other issue, contact us at alpenglowskin@gmail.com to arrange a reshipment. Additional fees may apply.
5. Returns
Subscribe & Save items may be returned within 30 days under our standard Return Policy.
Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
6. Payment Information
Billing Cycle
Your payment method will be charged at the start of each subscription cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each charge.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge. If the second attempt fails, your subscription will be placed on hold until your payment information is updated.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and any additional payment options shown at checkout.
You can update your payment information at any time through your account dashboard.
